Good Employee Experience (EX) creates engaged, productive employees and produces customer wins for European organizations. This is not just a ‘marketing slogan’. It’s a reality confirmed by 81% of HR leaders who say that EX will be one of the most important factors impacting business success.
Impressive, right? However, there are two important side notes to consider.
- Just 38% of HR leaders expect their organizations to deliver excellent EX.
- Only 12% of employees expect to receive excellent EX.
So, despite the critical importance of good EX , many European organizations still struggle with the disconnect between HR and employees. Both understand the power of good EX, but there are several fundamental gaps.
Looking for inspiration on how to overcome these gaps and succeed going forward? Looking for recommendations to get results out of your EX initiatives?
Check out the latest Forrester study which will provide you with data and insights you can use to improve your own organization’s Employee Experience program.
